Recommendation

I made recommendations during the first day of my volunteer work and I have put it into action immediately by writing a piece for the local newspaper. Furthermore, I would like to make the recommendation to log the actions which were taken better. Volunteers and employees at Vluctenlingenwerk need to log the taken actions better in order to communicate better with the rest of the team. Sometimes it occurs that it is not logged correctly and the volunteer loses lots of time to figure out what was done.

Another recommendation would be to use an Eritrean refugee who has lived here for a longer time as a volunteer translator. Eritrean people tend to not speak Dutch very well and we already have a couple of Syrian translators.
